It is very strong--I stayed away from the eye area. What really happens is it rather "burns" the abnormal cells and then they heal. I had a spot on the side of the bridge of my nose, right next to my eye. I don't know if it was the vinegar, rubbing it with bone and tissue, or just wishing it away--but it's gone.
