tastes like a Wendy's Frosty, only better!
Ingredients:
1 Cup Raw Cashews, soaked for a few hours
2 or 3 Cups Ice
3 Tablespoons Raw Cocoa
2 Medjool Dates
3/4 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Real Maple Syrup or Agave
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
Put all ingredients in blender, mix on high.
This is a great high protein, after workout drink!
This is such a delicious frosty, it's amazing how creamy, yet not creamy, it is. I would love one of these right now. Honestly, I wish I could reach into my computer screen right now and just pull one out.
