Spinach Artichoke Dip
This stuff is sooo fantastic and easy!!!!!!!!
1 cup Mayo
1 jar Artichoke Hearts
1 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 cup Pepper Jack Cheese
12 oz frozen Spinach
3 cloves Garlic
pepper to taste
1 can Rotel
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
Fresh Parmesan to Garnish with
Blend all ingredients in blender, then bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until dip is bubbling. Take out of oven, stir and garnish with fresh Parmesan cheese.
Looks good to me--trade you some hummus for some spinach artichoke !
